appointment. While I was at the March for Babies kickoff, Trey & his mom, Janet.... were taking the boys to the urologist.
Unfortunately, our sweet little Ford is going to have to endure one more surgery. It's shouldn't be a huge deal, but it's a surgery to avoid getting a hernia in the future.
I talked with the doctor on speaker while Trey and Janet talked to him in the office. Of course any surgery has its risks Dr. Pugach told me, but we know with the Lord's help it will be smooth sailing.
It tears me up every time to be in that waiting room while Ford is in somone else's care, but I know the good Lord will be guiding the Doctors and nurses... so that gives me some peace.
Please keep him in your prayers until then and his sweet little bro, Hayden. The surgery is on May 13th. Other than that, they really did get good reports on their kidneys and after this surgery... we may not have to see the urologist much longer.
Take care,
Dana, Trey, Ford and Hayden

Still keeping all of you in our prayers, but will say special ones for Ford now. They are so adorable, we really enjoy all the new pictures and updates. Its also good to see you back on the news some, just reinforces the fact that the boys are doing so great. I'm so glad that the hard times are behind you now and you can really enjoy just being parents. God will take care of little Ford through this surgery just as he has through everything else. Take care and keep us updated. Looking forward to seeing the March for Babies and know it will be a huge success with the Hugheys involved.
Take Care,

I'll be praying for you and little Ford now and during the surgery. Glad to see the boys are doing so well...and what an honor for them to be Ambassadors for the March of Dimes! I hear you're going to be an aunt and uncle again next week. Another little cousin for the boys to play with. How exciting!!
Of course he will be in our prayers and our thoughts as well as the rest of the Hughey clan. He is a tough little guy and he will be just fine.
Love you all,
Pam
I am so glad the boys are doing great. I think of your family all the time. Post how big and long the boys are now. They look so big. My twins were preemies too, 4 1/2 weeks early. Wishing you the best!!!
